Hench Starts FINISHES the KTM 105 Super Mini Project

Hang on or loop out! The KTM 105 is ready to go! Check it out:

When we last left our project, it was just getting going. Here, it's still just getting going. Engine goes in the nickel plated frame. Hmmmm, maybe I should have polished the cases?

You gotta LOVE that plating! Thanks Astro!

OK, enough gooing on the nickel plate. The forks and swingarm go on. Custom heavy-duty springs from Cannon Racecraft, valving by George at ESP Suspension.

OK, one more look at the forks, and that plating!

Wheels, tires, brakes, and linkless rear suspension. Again, Cannon does the custom spring for Hench's lard-@$$, and George at ESP valves it. The shock, not Hench.

Fat bar mounts, fat bars, all the controls, and the bark busters all find their way on the bike while Hench has a beer.

Tank, and front plastic...

Rear section goes on. Yep, that's the same air filter used on the 380!

Radiators and hoses installed. Check out the trick high capacity rad from the vast inventories of Hench Eng. Inc.

Excel rims, full-size spokes, 43 mm fork tubes and tiny dual piston caliper all stock. Only the Braking Wave rotor and Dunlop 756 (and the flames!) are non-stock.

"Everything is proceeding precisely as I have foreseen it."

BBR tall seat foam kit custom formed by Javier at Chatsworth Upholstery.

Forget the flames, that nickel plate STILL stands out!

FMF Shorty silencer.

Here you can see the MASSIVE high capacity radiator for those long desert sand washes.

FMF Factory Fatty pipe. We'll test the Pro Circuit offerings when they arrive, and see which combo works best.

Now THERE's a trick-looking cockpit!

"I LOVE it when a plan comes together!"

Stay tuned, crash testing next!
