Hench Opens Pine Ridge CC!
Here are some photos of the latest addition to the Z-scale layout, Pine Ridge CC. This 6,313 yard par 71 course is TOUGH!
Pine Ridge CC overlooks the port and bay. The container ship is about 600 scale feet long, while the super yatch with helicopter is about 220 scale feet long.
This is the view across the canyon from the 13th tee to the 13th green. This 117 yard par 3 will test your nerves.
An overview of the first six holes, the easy part of the course!
The next five holes are straight, narrow, and l-o-n-g! Five par 4's that range between 420-447 yards.
The two back-to-back par 3's on the front nine. They play about 175 yards, and #2 to the palm-guarded green is all carry. #3 plays uphill, and has a huge bunker guarding the front.
Back-to-back dogleg par 5's on the back nine make for a challenging finish.
