Here are the first photos of my upcoming layout. As you can see, no rail yet, just a nice big flat surface to work with. It's about 15 feet by 4 feet, with a slight bend in it to get around the now covered fireplace. (Hey, this is California!) In Z-scale (1/220) that's over a half mile!
Yep, I can squeeze through those three pop-ups. Here it is with the cardboard molds for the landscape in place:
We'll get some work done on the landscape and scenery soon, and of course, post pictures here.
